Luis Suarez broke down in tears as Uruguay were eliminated from the World Cup despite beating Ghana 2-0 on Friday evening.
In a result that saw both sides knocked out, the South American side defeated the Black Stars while South Korea progressed in second after coming back from behind to beat Group H winners Portugal 2-1.
Suarez’ team-mates chased Daniel Siebert down the tunnel in disgraceful scenes at the end of the match as they struggled to come to terms with their tournament exit.
