Sampdoria vs. Udinese – confirmed line-ups and live updates: Winks starts first Serie A game

Tottenham loanee Harry Winks starts his first Serie A game for Sampdoria, while Udinese‘s Gerard Deulofeu is once again relegated to the bench.

It kicks off at 11.30 GMT.

Fabio Quagliarella is back for Samp, but Lammers and Gabbiadini get the nod up front. Conti, De Luca, Pussetto, Trimboli are not available, Winks starts his first Serie A game after making his Serie A debut against Empoli on Monday.

Samp are unbeaten in six of the last seven games against Udinese in Serie A but lost in the most recent meeting. The Blucerchiati have already equalled their record for consecutive defeats at home, six, and haven’t scored in the last five games at Marassi.

Udinese are also not in their best moment having won the last Serie A match on October 3. Deulofeu, linked with Roma and Aston Villa, starts on the bench with Beto and Isaac Success in attack.

Roberto Pereyra also goes on the bench, while Lazar Samardzic gets the nod in central midfield and Kingsley Ehizibue starts on the right flank.
